Magnet Manufacturing
USARE is commissioning a permanent magnet manufacturing facility in Stillwater, OK, to grow sintered neo magnet production in the United States. The company expects to begin prototyping to potential customers upon completion of its Innovations Lab.

Metal Making
USARE currently has offtake agreements with partners in the United States and South Korea, with plans to maintain sourcing outside of China. USARE has strategic plans to support magnet manufacturing as it scales in the future - build, buy, or partner.
Processing
USARE has developed a proprietary Continuous Ion Exchange (CIX) process for rare earth and critical mineral separation at its R&D facility in Wheat Ridge, CO. USARE plans to scale-up these facilities to meet forecasted demand growth from its own downstream processing and outside customers.
Mining
The Round Top deposit in Texas hosts a wide range of critical heavy rare earth elements (REEs) and high-tech metals, including gallium and lithium. The deposit is under State of Texas permitting jurisdiction, fully delegated under the Clean Air and Clean Water Acts, and can potentially unlock significant upside as we hit key milestones.
